area, there is very clear bourndary with surrounding pink squamous epithelium.

After treatment with 3% acetic acid, columnar epithelium becomes white in color rapidly,

change to "grape bunch", squamous epithelium has no this change. There is one white

line between them, this line is periphery of squamous epithelium. After treatment with 3%

acetic acid, the periphery becomes white, then forms white boundary.
