Cervical surface is covered by white membranoid substance like lard, easy bleeding after
erasing. Usually find in advanced cervix cancer, tuberculosis of cervix or when cervical
surface being covered one layer of necrotic tissue.

Diagnoses Opinion: helical vascular
It is one colposcope image of aged woman in post-menopause. Fornix part is strait,
cervical and vaginal mucous membrane becomes thin, uncovers cervical surface and
helical vascular of left fornix part, the caliber is thin and small, dense distribution.

Diagnose Opinion: helical vascular
Vascular convolutes helically, caliber is even, can usually see in part of more active tissue
hyperplasia of chronic cervicitis, also can be found in surface of cancer tissue. Pathologic
result is chronic cervicitis.

Cervical surface is slippery, covered by pink squamous epithelium, epithelium of posterior
lip is thinner, can see dispersed, even-distributed red punctuated vascular.

Diagnoses Opinion: crassi vascular
There is one crassi vascular left-below of this image, bad ramus, vascular is sometime
visible and sometime hidden, upper caliber is similar with nether one, bottom has no
ramus and suddenly intermits. Can usually see in chronic cervicitis or when advanced
cancer.
