There is one Nabothian cysts in posterior lip, content is black-gray, This cyst is black-gray
or purple-brown because there is a little bleeding in vesica, then be absorbed, mucus in
cyst becomes cloudy.

After one Nabothian cyst in left-below being stabbed, overflow offwhite mucus. The others
appear primrose yellow, surface has tree branch-like vascular with good ramus.

Diagnoses Opinion: island of columnar epithelinm
There are many columnar epithelium islands in squamocolumnar junction of posterior lip,
they are round or oval, encircled by white squamous epithelium. It is one representation in
recovering course of chronic cervicitis. There is a nulon thread tail of IUD at cervix os,
covered by much cervical mucus.

Diagnoses Opinion: island of columnai epithelium
Magnify "4-24" in 16 times

the columnar epithelium area on the posterior lip circled by
squamous epithelium (island of columnar epithelium). After treatment 3% acetic acid,
surrounding squamous epithelium becomes dropsy and white, make boundary more clear.

Diagnoses Opinion: tree branch-like vascular
There is one tree branch-like vascular in cervical posterior lip, vascular caliber becomes
from thick to thin, good ramus, belonged to normal hyperplasia vascular image. Can see
some gland openings, there is transparent mucus at cervix os.
