There are some non-ramus vascular in cervical posterior lip, the change from thick to thin
on caliber of vascular is unconspicuous , ramus is so few, nethermost end of vascular
increases thick and suddenly intermits.

Erosion surface is covered by columnar epithelium, cervix os appears like
"transverse-fissure", belonged to parous cervix. There is one small air bladder at cervix,
columnar epithelium of erosion surface is rugged.

After treatment with 3% acetic acid on erosion surface, columnar epithelium swift
becomes dropsy and white, appears typical "grape bunch" change. It is effective way that
differentiate squamous epithelium and columned epidermis, squamous epithelium has no
this typical change after treatment with 3% acetic acid.

Ectropium of cervix

the mucous membrane is thickened, appears many deeper gyri and
spatia (cypts). These cypts are the place hiding and multiplying bacteria, it is the cause
that cervicitis can not be cured long period.
