Urethra orificium is in ringent shape, there is one red polypus-like substance extruding
outward from urethra orificium, soft,base part is wider, pathologic result is polypus of
urethra orficium.

One neoplasm from right labium minus extrudes out, surface is covered by normal
squamous epithelium, has thin pedicel connecting with labium minus, softer character,

Cervix and a part of anterior and postetior wall of vagina fall off out of vaginal orificium,
squamous epithelium of cervical surface increases thickness, clolor and lustre becomes
dark, because being attrited when walking, cervix appears ulcer surface, usually has
infection, surface of posterior lip is covered by one layer of primrose yellow necrotic
tissue like membrance.

Diagnose Opinion: vaginal metastatic focus of choriocarcinoma
One purple tuber extrudes out from anterior wall of vagina, vascular of vaginal mucous
membrane has obvious hyperplasia, distributing like tree or web, cancer tissue extrudes
out with fresh bleeding. There is one ulcerated orificium adjacent to right side of the focus.

Diagnose Opinion: fingerlike condyloma of vulva
It obviously extrudes from mucous membrane surface, can see vascular loopsin surface,
belonged to early condyloma. Pathologic result is condyloma.
