Parts clean
z All need to use again parts should
seriously with proper thoroughly

Use of compressed air may lead to dust and
other particles will spatter damage to the
eyes. Use of compressed air should wear
protective gear eyes
.
Reerection
z All components to assembly must be
strictly comply with such as torque
and the whole value standard data.
z The following parts disassembly the
application of new thing after
replace:
— oil seal
— washer
— Type O sealing ring
— lock washer
— cotter
— Nylon Nut
z According to the different
position:
— Should be in some specific part
application or/and mat of sealants.
If daub the sealants, so should be
in the installation parts before
hard sealants, so as to avoid
leakage.
— Should be in the parts of the sports components daub on oil.
— When reassembling before, should be in the provision of parts (such as:
oil seal) daub designated lubricating oil or grease.
