10.1 WARNINGS
• The customer must carry out maintenance on the heat recovery unit.
• Only authorised, previously trained and qualified staff can perform
the maintenance operations.
• If the unit must be disassembled, protect the hands using work gloves.
10.2 MONTHLY CHECKS
10.2.1 Check the range filtering section (fig. 17 )
10 - ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
BEFORE UNDERTAKING ANY MAINTENANCE OPERATION, MAKE
SURE THAT THE MACHINE IS NOT AND
CANNOT BE CASUALLY
OR ACCIDENTALLY BE POWERED ELECTRICALLY. IT IS THEREFORE
NECESSARY TO REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY
EVERY TIME MAINTENANCE IS PERFORMED.
Open the proper side panel (removing the screws as shown in the example on
the figure). If necessary, help himself with suction cups with a large surface
and with handle, so as not to damage the panel paint; avoid to use metal
tools.

Remove the filter as shown on the figure.
After cleaning repeat the operations in inverse order.
For the cleaning use a vacuum cleaner or wash with a common detergent in
lukewarm water, leaving to dry out completely.
Remember always to reassemble the filters before starting up the unit
