CONNECTING UP THE VIDEO/DVR
For details of how to connect an external recorder to the PVR, refer to the connection example in
the “Connection and Setup” section of this manual, and to the instructions for the external recorder.
In order to make a VCR recording (Record), the DVB-T receiver must be switched on or the timers
must be pre-programmed (see “EPG” “Recording (timer)” section).
For VCR/DVR playback you must have previously set the UFT 676 Scart socket to “VCR mode”
(Scart changeover), using the
button, so that the signal path is set up from the VCR or DVR/AUX
Scart socket to the TV Scart socket.
In this setting, the picture from the external recorder is switched through to the TV set during playback.
Press the
button again to select “Scart>TV”. This gives priority to the Scart socket on the TV set.
Pressing the
button again restores priority to the signal from the UFT 676 “Scart>Sat”
.
The settings “Scart>VCR”, “Scart>TV” and “Scart>Sat” are displayed on your TV set.
