Factory setting
After you enter the following number combination in the “Parental
Control” menu, you can undo changes in the unit settings again and
reset your receiver to the condition on delivery (factory setting).
Select the “Change PIN” menu M button > Channels > Parental
Control > PIN
1. Enter your current PIN: X X X X X
= the PIN you have changed
or: 0 0 0 0 0
= condition on delivery
2. Enter the following PIN: 1 1 1 1 1
3. Enter the following PIN: 9 9 9 9 9
All unit settings are set back to factory settings by this:
PIN (protection code): 0 0 0 0 0
Time offset: +1h or +2h, according
to manufacturing date
Menu language: English
Signal paths: TV SCART RGB
VCR Scart CVBS
TV -> VCR ON
VCR signal RGB/CVBS

Note: Check whether the time offset is correct and correct the
menu language if required.
Note that a possibly changed PIN is also set to 00000.
Time offset
After switching on with the mains switch or after a power failure, the
time and date for the system clock (timer) are assumed from the re-
ceived data. So that the time and date of the receiver correspond to
the national time, the deviation from the normal time must be entered.
