In order to cancel the service before the time of warning comes:

Lift the handset and hear the internal dial
tone.

Dial 83889.

Dial the extension number for which you
have activated the reminder service.

Replace the handset.
Notes:
1.
The telephone of the extension rings at the determined time and when
s/he picks up s/he hears the message you have recorded.
2.
The system goes on announcing the same message until the extension
hangs up.
Erasing Messages (86499 & 86490):
Unless the messages recorded into the DRAM memory are locked by dialing
“8” as they are being listened to, they are automatically erased 15 minutes
after they are listened to. In the event that any confusion related to the
messages occurs or the memory is full, the entire messages can be erased
through the system supervisor extension by making use of this feature.
In order to clear the entire memory:

Lift the handset and hear the internal dial
tone.
