Il cordino di posizionamento 27956 è un componente del dispositivo di protezione individuale contro
le cadute dall’alto e conforme alla norma EN 358:2018: Dispositivi di protezione individuali per il
posizionamento e la prevenzione della cadute dall’alto. Cinture e cordini di posizionamento o arresto.
Il dispositivo è utilizzato per prevenire cadute dell’utilizzatore collegando il dispositivo di trattenuta del
corpo ad un punto di ancoraggio o ad una struttura e avvolgendolo attorno e sostenendo l’operatore
in tensione. Il dispositivo è progettato per l’uso con un solo operatore dal peso massimo di 140 Kg.
Il dispositivo di posizionamento art. 27956 non deve essere usato come un sistema anticaduta. Se
esiste il rischio di una caduta dall’alto, usare sempre un sistema di arresto della caduta secondo
la norma EN 363. Il dispositivo di posizionamento art. 27956 può essere equipaggiato solo con
connettori certificati secondo la norma EN 362.
DURATA DI VITA DEL DISPOSITIVO:La durata massima del dispositivo è di 10 anni dalla data di produzione
INSPEZIONE PERIODICA
Il dispositivo deve essere ispezionato almeno entro i 12 mesi dalla data del primo utilizzo. L’ispezione
periodica deve essere fatta solo da personale competente che ha la conoscenza e la formazione
richiesta per le ispezioni su dispositivi di protezione individuale. In funzione delle condizioni ambientali
di lavoro, l’ispezione periodica potrebbe venir fatta più frequentemente rispetto che 1 volta ogni 12
mesi. Ogni ispezione deve essere registrata sulla scheda vita del dispositivo
ATTENZIONE
la durata di vita del prodotto dipende dall’intensità di utilizzo e dall’ambiante di lavoro. L’utilizzo del
dispositivo in ambienti difficili, ambiente marino, a contatto con spigoli vivi, esposto a temperature
estreme o sostanze aggressive, etc…può portare al ritiro del dispositivo persino dopo un solo utilizzo.
RITIRO DALL’USO
Il dispositivo deve essere ritirato dall’uso immediatamente e distrutto quando non ha superato
l’ispezione periodica o ci sono dubbi sulla sua affidabilità.
