7 After sale service
Dear users:
Thank you for using our products, our company will follow related provisions from
"Consumer Protection Act", and provide you services with warranty card and invoice.
We provide 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (invoice date ). In warranty
period, our company is responsible for free replacement parts and services if there is
device faults or quality problem of spare parts under correct operation.
The following does not belong to free services:
1, Damages result from transportation, installation, improper use of pipes;
2, Component damages caused by failing to provide power and voltage as required in
technical datas;
3, Damages caused by disassembling products, adjust or changes the mechanicals and
electrical structures without permission;
4, Damages caused by improper operation, cleaning and maintenance;
5, Non-man-made damage, such as damages from abnormal voltage, fire, building
collapse, lightning, floods and other natural disasters, and damages from rats and other
pests ;
6, Failure in following notes on the manual when operating;
7, Consumable and expendable parts;
8, Altered invoice or with no invoice and warranty card.
