User Manual

C3-50

16

Temperature control

Cooling and heating for the chamber is provided by a Peltier System. Internal fan is used to

circulate the air inside the chamber to provide temperature stability and uniformity. Temperature

control is controlled via a central microprocessor controller with PID controller.
