How to remove the inner pad:
a
Hold the helmet as shown in Fig.1 and then
remove the interlining at the temple area on the
right and left, individually.
b
Remove the interlining at the centre as shown
in Fig.2.
c
Unfasten the 3 snaps at the rear to remove the
inner pad as shown in Fig.2.

Do not pull the interlining and snaps by
force when removing the inner pad.
Otherwise, the fabrics of those pads may
be damaged.
