Possible Causes
1- Very Slow Selector
2- Deformed selector (not plain)
3- Deformed or very worn disc
4-Impregnated selector from
treated seeds products .
5- Deformed or worn out of disc
support
insert on the
distribution box.
6- Small holes of the disc, not
appropriate.
7- Clogged holes in the
disc.(tomato,canola,colza,etc.);
8-Excessive speed work.
9-Defective aspiration tube.
10- Low RPM on the PTO
11-- Strange object mixed with
the seed;
12-Clogging in the boxes of
seeds (seed treatment with a lot
of humidity)
13-Belt of the slack turbofan.
Solutions
1- Regulate the lever in the sense
(+);
2-Replace the selector
3-Replace the disc;
4-Make the cleaning with steel
sponge , water and detergent;
5Replace the disc support insert
6-Select the correct disc with the
seed;
7-Make the cleaning with steel
sponge and air;
8-Work in the right speed
9- Substitute the aspiration tube.
10-Work the PTO at 540 or 1000
rpm;
11-Work with selected seeds;
12-Work withdry seeds;
13-
Adjust the chain.

Possible Causes

4-High speed on the PTO
5-Excessive speed work.
6- Very High level of seeds on
the distribution box.
Solutions
1-Regulate for the position (-);
2-Replace the selector
3-Select the correct disc, with
the seed;
4- Regulate the acceleration to
obtain the correct rotation -540
or 1000 RPM;
5- Reduce the speed for 5Km/h.
6-See level plateadjustment in
the floodgate of the distributor
cover.
