Shift to the service mode and method of version check
[ How to change over to the function setting mode ]
1) Changing over to the user’s mode
1. Turn OFF the power to the unit.
2. Pressing switch , turn ON the power to the
unit.
2) Changeover to service mode and version display
1. Turn OFF the power to the unit.
2. Pressing switch , turn ON the power to the
unit.
3. Keep pressing switch for three seconds
even when the indication is shown on the display.
4. When the buzzer sounds for the second time, the
service mode is started.
3) Method of program version check
1. Turn OFF the power to the unit.
2. Turn the power ON while the switch and
the switch are kept pressed.
3. Screen display of and is presented and the
program version is displayed at the RVL.
4. For R, the lower one digit only is displayed.
(5) Setting for functions
Functions can be selected and specified by means of the four setting switches and light emitting diode located
inside the front cover of the SC-910N.

(Caution) 1. Do not perform switch operations other than those described in the following explanations.
2. Be sure to re-turn the power switch ON after one second or more has passed. If the power is
turned ON immediately after turning it OFF, the sewing machine may not work normally.
In this case, turn ON the power again.
