Standard adjustment

To cut the two threads (needle thread and, bobbin thread) uniformly, the blade face of the counter knife

is made to have an inclination of 0.2 mm.

When the sewing machine power supply is turned off (AT solenoid

is OFF), the gap between AT thread

tension discs is 0.6 to 1 mm.
