Report
The system provides system statistic and status reports for management purpose.
2.5.1
Call Statistic Report
Daily call statistic report provides the administrator to understand the call attempts,
connected call and access success ration for each hour. Click
REPORT -> Call
Statistic
and select the day to view the daily report as follows.
The detail of each report field is described as follows:
Field Name
Description
Extension
The extension number currently registered
Period
The time period for this statistic
Total CA
Total number of calls attempts during this period
Total Call
Total number of connected calls during this period
Peak CA
The peak number of call attempts during this period
Peak Call
The peak number of connected calls during this period
