6 BATTERY PACK
6.1. PLATE OF BATTERY PACK
Warning (Risk of Injury)
There is a risk of electric shock when working on high-voltage components. Work on
high-voltage components requires special training, qualifications and tools.
• Work which has not been described and explained may only be performed by
correspondingly trained JetSurf specialists. (Your authorized JETSURF Dealer will
be glad to help you.)
• Do not open the JetSurf Battery pack or electric motor.
Warning (Environmental hazard)
A lithium battery (JetSurf Battery Pack) contains components and elements that are
harmful to the environment
• Never throw a JetSurf Battery pack into the household trash.
• Dispose of the JetSurf Battery Pack properly and in compliance with the applicable
regulations.
• Never attempt to disassemble, modify, alter, change or operate on this
battery pack. Use this battery pack only for its intended purpose.
• Do not dispose of this battery pack. Recycling or disposal of lithium-ion
batteries requires specialized facilities.
• Do not subject to impact, shock or physical damage.
• Do not expose to fire or temperatures above 60°C / 140°F.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight.
• Do not leave this battery unattended while charging.
Only charge with approved charging equipment.
• Do not handle this battery and electronics with wet hands.
• Do not drop this battery.
• Inspect this battery before every use. Do not use this battery if you
believe it is damaged. Damage to the battery may result in a fire.
• Do not connect this battery or any electronics while in the water.
Assemble all items on shore in a dry environment.
• Transport this battery pack in accordance with all applicable laws.
