include your vehicle identification number, odometer
mileage at the time of service and current mailing
address. We will process the claim based on vehicle
and service eligibility. If eligible, we will reimburse
you for the reasonable amounts you actually paid,
based on the usual and customary charges for that
service in the area where they were provided.

6.3 Emergency Warranty Repairs
If you have an emergency and have to get a warranty
repair made by someone other than an authorized
Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealer, follow the reimburse-
ment procedure in 6.1(C).

A. What to Do
If your vehicle has failed an emissions test
described in 5.2:
• Take it to an authorized Chrysler, Dodge
or Jeep dealer as soon as possible.
• Give the service representative the printout
showing that your vehicle failed the test.
