Commissioning of the manure removal belt 

 
Observe the directions below before putting the manure removal belt into use: 
 

 

Check all fastening points and make sure everything is tightened well. 

 

 

Check if the drive roller hangs level. 
 

 

Check if the inclination of the elevating part is maximal 24 degrees. 

 

 

Check if no tools or other materials are left on and in the belt. 

 

 

Make sure the transport belt is in the middle of the return roller, drive roller, supporting rollers and 
troughed idlers. 

 

 

Tension the belt according to the user manual. 

 

 

Check if the emergency pull cord is adjusted well. If necessary, adjust according to the user manual. 

 

 

Connect the motor and isolating switch according to the regulations. 

 

 

Let the belt run for a short while, so that you can check the direction of rotation and if the belt runs 
straight. 
 

 

Check the operation of the isolating switch. 

 

 

Check the operation of the scrapers on the drive and on the return section. 

 

 

When putting into use: align the belt according to the user manual. 

 
Almost every transport belt reacts slightly to the weld of the belt. This can’t be prevented by adjustment. Please 
observe this, it prevents unnecessary adjusting work.
