Coupling the return unit
The return unit is supplied assembled. It is the same for all versions of the manure removal belts.
Mount the return unit (FRDJ014762-202). See
1.
Place the return roller as close as possible to the side of the middle sections.
2.
Couple the return unit by means of the coupling profiles.
a.
Place all bolts and nuts loosely.
b.
Align the whole.
c.
Tighten the upper bolts and nuts in the coupling profile.
d.
Tighten the other bolts and nuts.
