Mounting the leg under the elevating part (belt with knee joint)
2.8.1
Fixed leg
Mount the leg set that is adjustable in height (ZMMT014762-846). See
1.
Adjust the elevating part at the correct height.
NOTE! Maximum inclination angle is 24⁰!
WARNING! Make sure the elevating part can’t fall during the placing of the leg. Always make
sure there is enough lifting power or carrying capacity for the hoisting during installation. The
weights of all separate modules can be found on the installation drawings. Calculate the total
weight that is to be moved by using these weights.
2.
Tighten the bolts and nuts of the pivoting point of the knee joint.
3.
Adjust the leg set at the correct height.
a.
Fasten the upper part of the leg to the lower part of the leg.
b.
If necessary, drill holes.
4.
Place the leg under the elevating part.
a.
Copy the holes of the upright profile of the legs onto the side profile of the elevating part.
b.
Drill the copied holes up to a diameter of Ø 8 mm.
c.
Fasten the leg to the elevating part.
