Mount the leg and the accompanying buttress set. See
1.
Assemble the leg. Do not connect the lower part and the upper part yet.
2.
Clamp the lifting plates around the side profiles, at the center of gravity of the manure removal belt. Clamp
the lifting plates tight with the supplied bolts.
WARNING! Make sure that the elevating part can’t fall during installation. Always make sure there is
enough lifting power or carrying capacity for the hoisting during installation. The weights of all
separate modules can be found on the installation drawings. Calculate the total weight that is to be
moved by using these weights.
3.
Lift the elevating belt and position the swivel base. See
IDEA! Keep enough space around the return unit for tightening, adjusting, maintenance and cleaning.
4.
Lift the elevating belt at its front side, so that it comes at the specified height (or inclination angle) of the
layout plan.
NOTE! Maximum inclination angle is 24⁰!
5.
Position the leg under the elevating belt at the distance from the middle of the swivel base that is shown
on the lay-out drawing.
6.
Slide the upper part of the leg out of the lower part of the leg, up to the height of the side profile. See
