Mount the upper part of the leg (at a right angle to the floor) to
the side profiles of the elevating belt. See
a.
Copy the holes of the coupling profiles onto the side
profiles.
b.
Drill the copied holes to a diameter of Ø 12 mm.
c.
Mount the coupling profiles to the side profiles.
8.
Mount the lower part of the leg to the upper part of the leg.
a.
Check if the leg is standing with its base plates on the
ground.
b.
Copy the holes of the outer profile (lower part) onto the
inner profile of the leg (upper profile).
c.
Drill the copied holes to a diameter of Ø 12 mm.
d.
Fasten the outer profile to the inner profile.
9.
Mount the buttresses and the accompanying connecting strip in
the leg. See
a.
Mount the buttresses with on side (at the top) on an
existing bolt hole.
b.
Copy the hole on the other side of the buttress onto the
leg.
c.
Drill the copied holes to a diameter of Ø 12 mm.
d.
Mount the buttress.
e.
Copy the holes of the connecting strip onto the
buttresses.
f.
Drill the copied holes to a diameter of Ø 10 mm.
g.
Mount the connecting strip.

Mount the buttress set between the leg and the bottom side of
the elevating belt. See
a.
Mount the mounting lip on the bottom side of the
elevating belt.
b.
Fasten the buttress to the mounting lip.
c.
Hold the buttress close to the leg and copy the hole in the
buttress onto the upright profile of the leg. (Shorten the
buttress if necessary.)
d.
Drill the copied holes to a diameter of Ø 12 mm.
e.
Fasten the buttress to the leg.
11.
Tighten the hinge bolts of the swivel base.
12.
Mount the fixed leg (at a right angle to the floor) and the swivel
base on the ground.
a.
Drill a hole of Ø 12 mm in the concrete.
b.
Tighten the concrete anchor.
13.
Retension the elevating belt by means of the cable tensioners in
the upper arch, until the elevating belt is correctly placed.
