Counter and Timer Control

This camera supports the Counter function only.
The counter function counts up change points in the camera’s internal signals using the camera’s
internal counter, and reads that information from the host side. This function is useful for verifying error
conditions via the count value using internal camera operations.
When a problem occurs in a system that includes this camera, comparing the values from multiple
counters allows you to verify the extent of normal operability and can be useful when investigating the
cause of the problem.
Four counters are available on this camera, and the functions that can be counted are fixed for each
counter.

How to Configure
1. Select the counter you want to use from
CounterSelector
.
2. Enable the counter by selecting the event source in
ConterEventSource
(Defaut = Off).
3.
CounterEventActivation
displays the timing for counting for the selected counter.
4. You can reset and refresh the selected counter's counter value by executing
CounterReset
and
CounterRefresh
, respectively. The selected counter's value and status are displayed in
CounterValue
and
CounterStatus
, respectively.
