Actual Exposure Time
The actual exposure time is the exposure time specified in
ExposureTime
plus the image sensor
offset time below.
Image Sensor Offset Time

When
ExposureMode
is set to
Timed
and
ExposureTime
is set to 1 μs, the actual exposure time will
be as follows.

AP-1600T-USB
: 1μ+ 14.26μs = 15.26 μs
l
AP-3200T-USB
: 1μ+ 13.73μs = 14.73 μs
When
ExposureMode
is set to
TriggerWidth
, the exposure is slightly longer than the width of the
trigger signal.
l
AP-1600T-USB
: If the exposure time needs to be 15.26μs, set the width of the Trigger Signal to the
camera to 1μ (= 15.26 - 14.26).
l
AP-3200T-USB
: If the exposure time needs to be 14.73μs, set the width of the Trigger Signal to the
camera to 1μ (= 15.26 - 14.26).

Description

Start exposure in response to the external trigger signal input. Select this to perform
exposure control using external triggers.
Note:
You can delay when exposure actually starts after a trigger is received
by a specific amount of time by configuring
TriggerDelay
.
AcquisitionStart
Start image acquisition in response to the external trigger signal input.
AquisitionEnd
Stop image acquisition in response to the external trigger signal input.
