Never measure
items with the following conditions . Not only will it lead to incorrect measurement, but it may also cause a
failure or damage.

Wet samples Moisture will be attached to the yoke, causing it to rust.

Dirty samples
Dirt will be attached to the yoke, causing it to
deteriorate.

Samples with sharp
bumps
Pole faces of the yoke or the press block may get
damaged when the slider is descending.

