Filling the heating system
B
Flush through the heating system before connection
so that any dirt, sealing residue or similar is removed.
If residues accumulate it can lead to a complete loss
of function.
B
Set the pre-pressure for the expansion vessel in the
premises according to the heating unit's statistical
height.
B
Open the heating system's valves.
B
Open the stopcock on the particle filter, fill the
heating system to between 1 and 2 bar.
B
Air the heating system.
B
Refill the heating installation to between 1 and 2 bar.
B
Check the seal of all joints.
7.7
Volume flow via the heating system
When a buffer tank is connected in parallel with the
heating system, no demand is placed on the flow. No
bypass is necessary.
A bypass is required in the unmixed circuit (E11) or
mixed circuit (E12, E13...) if a differential pressure-
regulated pump (G1) is not used.
7.8
Circulation pump, heating system
The heating system pump G1 must not reduce its speed
automatically (nighttime setback function). All pumps
that are active in cooling mode must not be operated
using the night setback function. (Ask manufacturer
about deactivating the function using high-efficiency
pumps). When the speed of the pump is reduced, this
prevents cooling.
