Safety regulations for the use                 

The device is designed for pumping water and water 

substances  in  garden.  Also,  it  serves  for  pumping 

water off swimming pools and pumping excessive 

water  off  reservoirs.  Not  designed  for  long-term 

exploitation (e.g. in manufacturing or in circulation 

mode).

You find in the specialized trade or on our website 

our  assortment  of  accessories  which  allows  an 

extensive application for the use. 

The  following  listed  safety  instructions  should 

serve  you  for  the  right  use  and  for  the  protection 

of your own safety. Therefore please read this very 

carefully. 

When  passing  this  device  over  to  a  third  person, 

these instructions must be handed out, too.

Warning and information signs marked on the case 

of the device contain the important instructions for 

the safe operation.

Connecting to power source

current of no more than 30 mA. Check the condition 

of such device, prior to each use.

If  the  power  or  extension  cord  couplings  are

replaced,  their  water-resistance  and  mechanical 

strength must be preserved.

Using the device

Before using the device check it and its accesso-

• 

ries  for  proper  condition  and  operating  safety.  A 

faulty device must not be used.

Thread connections of all connective hoses must 

• 

be hermetic.

Do not pump any toxic inflammable, aggressive 

• 

or  explosive  substances,  salt  water  or  liquid 

foodstuffs.

Temperature of the liquid being pumped must 

• 

not exceed 35° C.

It is prohibited to pump water out of swimming 

• 

pools when people are therein.

It  is  prohibited  to  change  the  device’s  internal 

• 

design.

Should  the  device  be  operated  in  dangerous 

• 

areas  (e.g.,  at  filling  stations),  the  proper  safety 

prescriptions  are  to  be  observed.  Any  use  in  the 

explosive hazard facilities is shall be forbidden.

All  conductive  parts  in  the  work  area  must  be 

• 

splash protected from all directions.

Operation

the  operator  should  use  the  device  only  for  its 

• 

intended purposes. Local conditions must be taken 

into consideration.

When  operating,  it  is  necessary  to  make  sure 

• 

that  people  and  animals  are  absent  in  the  area  of 

operation.

The  device  shall  be  operated  only  by  trained 

• 

opera tors  or  by  those,  who  can  demonstrate  their 

ability  to  operate  it  properly. The  device  is  not  for 

use by children or adolescents.

Position the device on the solid surface.

• 

It is prohibited to set the device in high grass.

• 

It is prohibited to block up engine vent orifices.

• 

The device must never be left unattended while 

• 

the motor is running.

Do  not  place  the  machine  closer  than  2  m  to 

• 

open water surfaces or water bodies.
