Deactivation
At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on
the appliance to “Zero” (Fig.6). If present, the light
indicators must stay off.
Close the network locks upstream the appliance
(Gas - Water - Electric).
Check the cleanliness and hygiene of the
appliance and of the cooking containers. See
"Maintenance".

Free the cooking compartment from containers which
were used.
•
Wait for the water inside the cooking compartment to cool off.
•
Check to make sure the drain piping has no obstructions.
Empty the cooking compartment completely
following the waste disposal procedures in force
in the country of use.
Check the type of drain present on the appliance
(Collected drainage - Open drainage).
•
The appliance with “Collected Drainage”
requires no special procedures to be drained.
All that is needed is that the drainage piping
is not obstructed (Fig. 7).
Water drain from cooking
compartment
Open the drainage gate valve and let the water flow out
through the drain piping (Fig. 7).
When the cooking compartment has been emptied, close the
water drainage gate valve (Fig. 7A).
