5.3 Line Modules Installation
Check the Ordering Information for line modules to be installed.
Step 1: Obtain all purchased line modules.
Step 2: Check and insert them in the correct positions in the upper or lower slots of the deposition sections. Line modules 1
and 3 are to be inserted before line modules 2 and 4. The iRM-4TGSFP Module is reserved for the Slot 4 only. This module
should be inserted prior to powering the module.
Step 3: Push and turn every thumb screw until each line module is locked in position.
