LED1 Blinking after about 10 seconds>
LEDs are off when your device is just booted. The LED1 starts blinking after about 10
seconds, which means that the device is configuring network environment.
<LED1 on after LED1 Blinking  LED2 on>
Once IP address is acquired, LED1’s Blinking stops and then LED1 keeps its status on.
When additional required information is acquired, LED2 turns on too. Only when both
LED1 and LED2 are on, recording is possible.
The time to configure network environment may take from 10 to 25 seconds. If only
LED1 is on, this means that additional required information was acquired. In this case,
Try to reboot so that the required imformation can be acquired and LED2 turns on again
