Invasix BodyTite™ Service Manual DO600463F

Top Assy Disassembling



Remove front cover as shown in the Front cover removal section



Remove the Keypad flat cable from the controller card



Remove the LCD flat cable from the controller and release it from the ferrite



Open the 4 screws attaching the Top Assy to the Top Panel



Open the 2 screws attaching the Top Panel to the chassis located on the front side
opening top part



Tilt forward the Top Assy



Remove the two flat cables from the LCD adaptor



Remove the connector bracket from the Top Assy by removing the 2 brackets holding
it in place



Pull up the Top Assy and let the two flat cables go through their opening

Top Assy Assembling



Position the top Assy to the top panel and tilt it so the connector bracket can be
attached to it using the two holding brackets, use four screws to attach it



Connect the two flat cables to the adaptor card and push the free edge through the
openings



Lay down the top Assy on the top panel



Connect the keypad flat cable to the controller card



Rout the LCD flat cable through the ferrite and connect it to the controller card



Attach the top Assy to the top panel using the four screws
