Fan Assembly Disassembling

Remove front cover as shown in the Front cover removal section

Open the 11 screws attaching the RF box cover

Remove the cover from the cabinet

Remove the DC power connectors from the Controller card, RF card and DC power
supply

Open the four nuts and washers attaching the fan Assy to the cabinet

Remove the DC power connection wiring harness including the fan from the cabinet
Fan Assembly Assembling

Align the fan Assy to the four screws going out from the honey comb and push it all
the way so it touches the honey comb
Make sure the fan wings are facing the front of the system and the
wires going out from the fan are facing the upper part of the RF
shielding box

Tighten the fan to the honey comb using the four nuts

Connect the DC power connection wiring harness to the Controller card, the RF card
and the DC power supply
