Remove bolt

Remove the nut

4.
If necessary, change the bearing

and the spacer
C
in the castor fork support.
5.
Replace the castor fork and reinstall in reverse order.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of damaging the castor fork bearing
– Do not overtighten the bolt

– Tighten the bolt only so far that the fork can still be
turned freely.
6.
Reinstall the castor wheel.
7.
Place the wheelchair on a flat surface. The rear wheels
(a & b) and the castor wheels (c & d) should equally
touch the floor.
8.
Check the flatness of the wheelchair by measuring
the ground clearance (c & d) of the castor wheels.
If the ground clearance of one castor wheel is more
than 1.5 mm and the other touches the floor, add an
additional washer

when assembling the castor fork
on the respective side.
