If necessary, repeat the previous step for any additional Interaction Center servers that you
want to connect with this Interaction Recorder Remote Content Service server.

Next
. The
Domain User Validation
dialog opens.
11.
In the
Password
text box, enter the password of the currently logged in user.
Note
: The user account that you used to log on to this server machine must be a member of
the
Administrators
group and must be able to access the shared network resources of the
Interaction Media Server.

Click
Next
. The
IC Server Name
dialog opens.
13.
In the
IC Server Name
text box, enter the fully-qualified domain name for the main
Interaction Center server and then click
Next
. This step creates the necessary security
certificates to that the systems can communicate.
14.
If the Interaction Center server resides in a different domain than the machine on which you
are installing Interaction Recorder Remote Content Service, select the
Use IC Credentials To
Login To IC Server
check box.
15.
In the
User
and
Password
textboxes, supply the credentials of a defined Interaction Center
server administrator.
