CPU Thermal Solution (Heatsink) Installation

Development Kit User’s Manual

Pick up the heatsink and squeeze the activation arm until it comes in contact

with the base plate that is attached to the heatsink base. This will cause the

springs on the heatsink attachment mechanism to compress. (See the figure

below)
