2.11. Landing and Disarming
1.
To land the aircraft (in position mode), simply lower the throttle completely until
the drone has landed. Be sure the landing site is level and clear of obstructions.
The IF1200 utilizes a Lidar Lite sensor and will slow itself down before landing.
Landing the aircraft (in return mode) is much simpler. The drone will return to the
pilot on its own and will land at the home location. This location is automatically
set before takeoff. When landing, the drone will slowly descend, so please ensure
that the set home location is level and clear of obstructions. If it is dangerous to
land in the home position, flipping the flight mode to Position Mode before the
drone has landed will give full control to the pilot. The aircraft will hover in place
until the pilot lands the vehicle in a manner described in the previous paragraph.
The IF1200 will automatically disarm after landing. The propellers will stop
spinning when the drone disarms. The IF1200 can also be manually disarmed by
pressing the left stick down and to the left for 5 seconds.
2. Disconnect the battery. (It is best to pull from the connector and not the wires to
increase the life of the battery.)
3. Power down the controller. (Hold the power button and follow the on screen
prompt, depending on the controller.)
