LUBRICATION SCHEDULE
1. After the first 25 hours of use (1-2 mouths) apply 30-40ml of lubricant
2. Every 50 hours of use (2-3 mouths) apply 30-40ml of lubricant
• PROBLEMS ABOUT CONTROL SYSTEM AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Controller error and solving methods
a. Display: E01
• E01: It indicates that the command from console to controller, and feedback from controller to
console are obstructed.
• Solving method: Please check the 4-corewire connecting the console and the controller is tight,
unbroken and right connected.
b. Display: E02
• E02: It indicates that the controller does not detect voltage from motor wire.
• Solving method: Please check the connection between the motor positive/negative wires and the
controller terminal is tight.
c. Display E03
• E03: It indicates that speed feedback information is not detected by controller during motor is
working.
• Solving method: Please check if the speed sensor aim at the hole of the motor disc, if the speed
sensor wire is broken, if speed sensor wire terminals and the controller speed ter-
minals are tight.
d Display: E05
• E05: It indicates that the current or running belt friction is too big that that the motor current
exceeds the rated current.
• Solving method: Please check if the running belt lubrication is ok, lubricate the running belt; or
check if the motor is broken and change the motor.
e. Display: E07
• E07: It indicates that the console does not detect the signal from the safety key.
• Solving method: Please check if the magnetron is broken or in its right position, or if the safety key
is in its right position.
