Other problems and troubleshooting
a. Console show nothing
• Please check if the power cord is connected, power switch is turned on or fuse is burned out.
• Please check if the 4- corewire between the console and controller is connected well.
• Please check if the controller and transformer are connected well.
b. No handpulse display or error in display.
• Please check if the handpulse wire is tight.
• Please check if your hands are close with the sensor.
• Wash your hands, keep your hand moist.
c. Motor can not be started
• Please check if all of connecting wires are connected well.
• Please observe the fault information on the console.
d. Be short of character
• For LCD: Please check if the LCD’s press frame is tight or remove the press frame and clean the
copper part on the PCB.
• For LED: Please check if the LED pin is welded well.
