3.7.2 Change settings
Some of the parameters can be set directly on the phone. The administrator
password will be requested for this. The password is factory set to
0000
. The same
settings can also, easily be made via the administrator's user interface, with a web
browser. For more information on these settings, please see Section 4,
“Administration via the web browser user interface”.
3.8
Time menu
The “Time” menu allows the time, date and alarms to be checked and edited.
The date and time can be set manually if it is not possible to receive the date and
time automatically from a time server in the IP network. Furthermore, the time
can be displayed in 12 or 24 hour format. Updating the settings for time and date
can have a direct effect on the alarms. This may result in the alarm times set no
longer being valid.
From the idle state, press the
key, scroll down with the arrow keys
to
Time and confirm with the
key. The following is displayed:

3.8.1 Alarm
The alarm provides a reminder service. The same format must be set for the
alarm as for the time. When the time set arrives, a signal sound will be produced
and the message set will flash with bells on the display.
