3. Now, with the
key, select a function. The Freephone no. function is
not occupied. On the display, the message
“Function assigned”
will
appear. A function key can only have one function assigned.
4. With the
Delete
function, you can delete a programmed function key, to
be able to assign a new function.
The following pre-defined functions are available to program the function keys:
Function
Description
Transfer
This function allows a call to be transferred
after checking with destination.
Line 1
With this function you can switch to Line 1
and the status of Line 1 will be shown on
the programmed function keys in various
situations.
off = no connection
green = connection
flashing green = call on the line (rings)
flashing orange = connection on hold
red = connection ended
Line 2
As Line 1. It is advisable to configure two
adjacent function keys with Line 1 and
Line 2. This makes monitoring the state
of the two lines easier and switching can
be done at the same time.
