Use the arrow keys
, from the state as shown in fig. 17, to mark
“Delete
caller lists”
and confirm with the
key. The following display will appear:

If you now select the list and confirm with the
key, then the message
“All
lists deleted”
or
“All answ. calls deleted”
depending on which list you
want to delete.
3.4
Function keys menu
The four keys next to the key pad can be programmed individually as function
keys. The function assigned to the key in the current state is executed when it is
pressed.
To program the function keys, proceed as follows:
1. From the idle state, press the
key, scroll with the arrow keys
to
the
Function keys
and confirm with the
key. The following display
will appear:

2. To assign a function, select the key to be programmed F1 to 9 (as an
example here, the F1 key). The following display will appear:
Delete call lists
>All lists <
Unanswered calls
Answered calls
Dialled numbers
