How to Replace an Injector



Remove the fuel leak off pipe.



Remove the nuts connecting the high pressure pipe from
the injector to the injector pump then remove the pipe. If
necessary, remove the pipe clamps.



Remove the injector assembly.



Install a new injector assembly taking care not to the block
the injector.



Reinstall the fuel leak off pipe and clamps if necessary.



Operate the engine and check for combustion air and fuel
leaks.
