SEEING IMAGES ON THE MONITOR

Connect the main unit and a monitor with a video cable (3.5

mini-plug).

Open the rear cover.

Insert the 3.5

mini-plug of the video cable straight into the VIDEO OUT terminal (indicated by the arrow) of

the body.

*View with the rear cover opened

- The LCD is turned off and the image is displayed on the connected monitor.

Notes

- Connect or remove the VIDEO cable when the power is turned off.

- When you turn on the camera leaving video cable connected, it may take a short while for video output

signal to stabilize on external monitor. (some disturbance may appear on screen)

- Insert the plug of the VIDEO cable straight into the VIDEO OUT terminal of the body. Likewise, remove

it straight from the VIDEO OUT terminal.

- Do not hold the cable itself when removing it. Doing so may damage the connector or the cable.
