6.10.5 Outer volume calibration
The outer volume is evaluated in the measuring mode "Small & Soft" for the gross
leak detection, see also "Determine the Measuring mode [

You have a red specimen rod from the calibration kit (setting outer volume 100 ml).
1 > Calibration

The "Calibration" window opens.
2 Select "Outer volume" in the selection field and then follow the instructions on
the screen.
ð
After the ZERO measurement, place the test specimen in the center of the
measuring chamber.

6.10.6 Check calibration of inner volume
With the test specimens from the calibration kit, you can also check the calibration of
the inner volume:

Mark any product that has already been assigned the measuring mode "Small &
Rigid", see also "Determine the Measuring mode [

Agreement between the dimensions and the test specimens is not important.

If you do not find such a product in your list, create a new product, for
example "blue test specimen", see also "Select, modify or create product
(measurement settings)”.

Call the measurement screen.

Place the blue test specimen in the center of the measuring chamber.

Close the measuring chamber and start the measurement.

The result "leak-proof" or "leaking" is not important, but only the fact that the
inner volume is measured and can be viewed elsewhere.
8 Then measure the green test specimen in the center of the measuring chamber
(optional).
