Reporting Safety Defects
If you believe your motorcycle has a defect that could
cause an accident or injury or death, you should
immediately inform the National Highway Traffi
c Safety
Administration (NHTSA) and notify Indian Motorcycle
Company.
If NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an
investigation and if it fi nds that a safety defect exists in
a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy
campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved
as intermediaries between you, your dealer or Indian
Motorcycle Company.
