This can occur when
the power cable is
not fully inserted
into the power outlet.

Plug the power cable into a grounded 3-prong outlet.
•
When using a power strip, make sure the switch is turned on.
•
Make sure the power cable (AC 250V 10A) provided by
InBody is in use.
