Horn.

 Se numeşte horn dispozitivul aşezat deasupra 

unui coş individual sau a unei ţevi de gaze arse colectivă 
ramificată. Acest dispozitiv facilitează dispersia produ-
selor de combustie, şi în condiţii atmosferice nefavora-
bile, şi împiedică depunerea de corpuri străine.
Acesta trebuie să satisfacă cernitele potrivit normei.

Cota de deschidere, corespunde dimensiunii coşului/
ţevii de gaze arse, independent de eventualele hornuri, 
trebuie să fie în afara ”zonei de reflux”, în scopul evitării 
formării de contrapresiuni care împiedică libera 
evacuare în atmosferă a produselor de combustie. 
Este necesară adoptarea de înălţimi minime indicate 
în figurile stabilite de normă, în funcţie de înclinarea 
acoperişului.

Evacuare directă în exterior.

 Aparatele cu tiraj natural, 

prevăzute pentru a fi racordate la un coş sau la o ţeavă 
de gaze arse, pot elimina produse de combustie direct 
în exterior, prin intermediul conductei ce traversează 
pereţii perimetrali ai edificiului. Evacuare se produce 
în acest caz prin intermediul unei conducte de eva-
cuare, căruia la exterior îi este racordat   un terminal 
de tiraj. 

Tub de evacuare.

 Tubul de evacuare trebuie să 

răspundă aceloraşi cerinţe pentru canalele de fum, cu 
prescrieri ulteriore potrivit normei în vigoare.

Poziţionarea terminalelor de tiraj.

 Terminalele de 

tiraj trebuie::
-  să fie situate pe pereţii perimetrali externi ai edifi-

ciului;  

-  să fie poziţionate astfel încât distanţele să respecte 

valorile minime din norma tehnică în vigoare.

Evacuarea produselor de combustie a aparatelor cu 
tiraj forţat în spaţii închise cu cer liber.

 În spaţiile 

cu cer liber închise pe toate laturile (puţuri de ven-
tilare, curţi interioare, curţi şi altele asemănătoare), e 
permisă evacuarea directă a produselor de combustie 
a aparatelor pe bază de gaz cu tiraj natural sau forţat 
şi capacitate termică peste 4 şi până la 35 kW, cu 
condiţia să fie respectate condiţiile potrivit normei 
tehnice în vigoare.

Important:

 este interzisă nefolosirea voluntară a 

dispozitivului de control evacuare a gazelor arse. 
Fiecare piesă a acelui dispozitiv, dacă este deteriorată, 
trebuie înlocuită cu piese de schimb originale. În caz 
de intervenţii repetate ale dispozitivului de control 
evacuare a gazelor arse, verificaţi conducta de eva-
cuare a gazelor arse şi ventilarea spaţiului în care e 
poziţionată centrala.

ALIMENTAREA INSTALAŢIEI.

După racordarea la cazan, continuaţi cu alimentarea 
instalaţiei prin intermediul robinetului de alimentare 
(Fig. 2-2). Alimentarea trebuie executată lent pentru 
a da posibilitatea bulelor de aer din apă să se elibereze 
şi să iasă prin orificiile de răsuflare ale centralei şi ale 
instalaţiei de încălzire. 
Centrala are incorporată o supapă de răsuflare 
automată aşezată pe circulator. Deschideţi supapele de 
răsuflare ale radiatorilor. Supapele de răsuflare ale ra-
diatoarelor trebuie închise când din ele iese doar apă. 
Robinetul de umplere trebuie închis când manometrul 
centralei indică circa 1,2 bari.

N.B.:

 în timpul acestor operaţiuni puneţi în funcţie 

pompa de circulare la intervale, acţionând asupra 
întrerupătorului general aşezat pe bord. 

Aerisiţi pompa 

de circulare deşurubând capacul anterior şi menţinând 
motorul în funcţiune.

Reînşurubaţi capacul după operaţiune.

1.9 PUNEREA ÎN FUNCŢIUNE A 

INSTALAŢIEI GAZ.

Pentru punerea în funcţiune a instalaţiei este 
necesar:
-  să deschideţi ferestrele şi uşile;

-  să evitaţi prezenţa de scântei şi flăcări libere;

-  să efectuaţi  eliminarea aerului din tuburi;

-  să verificaţi etanşeitatea instalaţiei interne con-

form indicaţiilor furnizate de normă.

Chimney caps. 

The cap is a device positioned 

crowning an individual chimney or branched flue. 
This device eases the dispersion of combustion 
products, even in adverse weather conditions, and 
prevents the deposit of foreign bodies.
This must satisfy the requisites of the regulation.

In order to prevent the formation of counter-
pressures that impede the discharge of combustion 
products into the atmosphere, the outlet height 
corresponding to the top of the chimney/flue, inde-
pendently of any caps, must be over the “backflow 
area”. It is therefore necessary to use the minimum 
heights indicated in the figures stated in the regu-
lation, depending on the slope of the roof.

Direct exhaust to the outside. 

The natural draught 

appliances to be connected to a chimney or a flue 
can discharge the combustion products directly to 
the outside, through a pipe passing through the pe-
rimeter walls of the building. In this case discharge 
takes place through an exhaust flue, which is con-
nected to a draught terminal at the outside. 

Exhaust flue. 

The exhaust flue must be in com-

pliance with the same requisites listed for the 
fume ducts, with further provisions stated in the 
regulation in force.

Positioning the draft terminals. 

The draught 

terminals must:
-  be installed on external perimeter walls of the 

building;

-  be positioned according to the minimum distan-

ces specified in current technical standards.

Fume exhaust of forced draught appliances in 
closed open-top environments. 

In spaces closed on 

all sides with open tops (ventilation pits, courtyards 
etc.), direct fume exhaust is allowed for natural or 
forced draught gas appliances with a heating power 
range from 4 to 35 kW, provided the conditions as 
per the current technical standards are respected.

Important: 

it is prohibited to put the fumes exhaust 

control device out of order voluntarily. Every piece 
of this device must be replaced using original spare 
parts if they have deteriorated. In the case of repea-
ted interventions of the fumes exhaust control devi-
ce, check the fumes exhaust flue and the ventilation 
of the room in which the boiler is located.

1.8 SYSTEM FILLING.

Once the boiler is connected, proceed with system 
filling via the filling valve (Fig. 2-2). Filling is per-
formed at low speed to ensure release of air bubbles 
in the water via the boiler and heating system 
vents. The boiler has a built-in automatic venting 
valve on the circulator. Open the radiator air vent 
valves. Close radiator vent valves only when water 
escapes from them.
Close the filling valve when the boiler manometer 
indicates approx. 1.2 bar.

N.B.: 

during these operations start up the circula-

tion pump at intervals, acting on the main switch 
positioned on the control panel. 

Vent the circulation 

pump by loosening the front cap and keeping the 
motor running

.

Tighten the cap afterwards.

1.9 GAS SYSTEM START-UP.

To start up the system proceed as follows:
-  open windows and doors;

-  avoid presence of sparks or naked flames;

-  bleed all air from pipelines;

-  check that the internal system is properly sealed 

according to specifications.

Komínové nástavce. 

Komínový nástavec je 

zariadenie umiestnené na vrcholu prostého komína 
alebo rozvetveného zberného dymovodu. Toto 
zariadenie uľahčuje rozptyl spalín aj v prípade 
nepriaznivých atmosférických podmienok 
a zabraňuje usadzovaní cudzích telies.
Musí odpovedať požiadavkám noriem.

Výška ústí odpovedajúci vrcholu komína/
dymovodu, bez ohľadu na prípadné komínové 
nástavce, musí byť mimo takzvanú „refluxnú zónu“, 
aby sa zabránilo vytváraniu spätného tlaku, ktorý 
by bránil volnému vypúšťaní spalín do atmosféry. 
Je teda nezbytné zaistiť minimálnu výšku uvedenú 
v norme v závislosti na spádu strechy.

Priamy odvod do vonkajšieho prostredia. 

Z ariadenie s prirodzeným ťahom určené 
k napojeniu na komín alebo dymovod môže byť 
použité k priamemu odvodu spalín do vonkajšieho 
prostredia potrubím prechádzajúcim obvodové 
múry budovy. K odvodu dochádza v takomto 
prípade pomocou výfukového potrubia, ktoré je 
vonku pripojené na ťahový koncový kus.

Výfukové potrubie. 

Výfukové potrubie musí 

odpovedať rovnakým požiadavkám, ktoré platia 
pre spalinové potrubia s ohľadom na ďalšie predpisy 
dané platnou technickou normou.

Umiestnenie ťahových koncových kusov. 

Ťahové 

koncové kusy musia:
-  byť umiestnené na vonkajších obvodových 

múroch budovy;

-  byť umiestnené tak, aby vzdialenosti rešpektovali 

minimálne hodnoty uvedené v technickej 
smernici.

Odvod spalín zariadenia s núteným ťahom 
v uzavretých priestoroch pod otvoreným nebom. 

V priestoroch pod otvoreným nebom uzavretých zo 
všetkých strán (vetracie šachty, svetlíky, dvory apod.) 
je povolený priamy odvod produktov spaľovania zo 
zariadenia na spaľovanie plynu s prirodzeným alebo 
núteným ťahom a výhrevnosťou nad 4 do 35 kW, 
ak budú dodržané podmienky platnej technickej 
smernice.

Dôležité: 

je zakázané samovoľne uvádzať mimo 

prevádzku zariadenie na kontrolu odvodu dymu.  
Každý kus takého zariadenia musí byť v prípade 
poškodenia vymenený za originálny diel. V prípade 
častých zásahov do zariadenia na riadenie odvodu 
spalín skontrolujte potrubie odvodu spalín 
a vetranie miestnosti, kde je kotol umiestnený.

1.8 PLNENIE SYSTÉMU.

Po pripojení kotla pristúpte k plneniu systému 
pomocou plniaceho kohúta (Obr. 2-2). Systém 
je treba plniť pomaly, aby sa uvoľnili vzduchové 
bubliny obsiahnuté vo vode a vzduch sa vypustil 
z prieduchov kotla a vykurovacieho systému. 
Kotol je vybavený automatickým odvzdušňovacím 
ventilom umiesteným na obehovom čerpadle. 
Otvorte odvzdušňovacie ventily radiátorov. 
Odvzdušňovacie ventily radiátorov sa uzatvoria, 
keď začne vytekať len voda.
Plniaci ventil sa uzatvorí, keď manometer kotla 
ukazuje hodnotu približne 1,2 bar.

Poznámka: 

Pri týchto operáciách spúšťajte 

obehové čerpadlo v intervaloch pomocou hlavného 
prepínača umiestneného na prístrojovej doske. 

Obehové čerpadlo odvzdušnite vyskrutkovaním 
predného uzáveru a udržaním motoru v činnosti.

Po dokončení operácie uzáver zaskrutkujte 
naspäť.

1.9 UVEDENIE PLYNOVÉHO

ZARIADENIA DO PREVÁDZKY.

Počas uvádzania zariadenia do prevádzky je 
nutné:
-  otvoriť okná a dvere;

-  zabrániť vzniku iskier a voľného plameňa;

-  pristúpiť k vyčisteniu vzduchu obsiahnutého v 

potrubí;

-  skontrolovať tesnosť vnútorného systému podľa 

pokynov uvedených v príslušnej norme.
